Why these defaults?

Section 301 forced-labor duty (China): +12.5% — flat additional duty effective 2026-07-24, stacks on MFN + legacy 301 (CBP CSMS guidance; Thompson Coburn 2026-07-27).
Legacy China Section 301: 7.5%–25% by HTS list (per-category defaults in the app); up to 100% on EVs.
IEEPA tariffs: 0% — struck down by SCOTUS 2026-02-20; the temporary §122 surcharge expired 2026-07-23.
De minimis ($800 duty-free): suspended — not available for China/HK since 2025-05-02, globally since 2025-08-29; suspension continues after the SCOTUS ruling.
MPF 0.3464% ($33.58 min / $651.50 max) — FY2026, effective 2025-10-01 (CBP Dec. 25-10).
HMF 0.125% — ocean vessel only, no min/max.
